Senior Software Engineer · Cloud Storage · Distributed Systems · Infrastructure

Rockville, MD

I'm a senior software engineer at Microsoft, where I lead work on large-scale blob storage tiering that cuts infrastructure cost while keeping data available and reads reliable. I pair cost optimization with operational safety (observability, concurrency controls, and rigorous review) and build agentic AI workflows that take work from definition to pull request. I'm looking for Senior and Staff backend and distributed-systems roles.
